Who we are

What we collect

When you submit a form we receive your name, work email, company, role (if given), your message, the page you sent it from and, if present, the campaign source of your visit. This website does not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request and, if we start working together, to prepare and deliver that work. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and, for transfers abroad, your explicit consent.

Service providers and transfers abroad

We use a cloud hosting provider (Google Cloud), an email service and a customer relationship management system (Attio). Some of these providers store data outside Türkiye, including in the EU and the US. We share only what is needed to answer your request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Records related to a contract are kept as long as Turkish commercial and tax law requires.

Your rights

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent or object to processing. Write to info@data-department.com.
